Return Authorization (RA) Required
- All returns must have a valid RA number.
- You may request an RA within 14 days of your invoice date, if the manufacturer permits.
- Items must be received at HB Computers within 10 days of receiving the RA number. Late returns may be refused.
- Please clearly include the RA number on your shipping label to avoid delays.
Condition of Returns
- Items must be in “As-New” condition and include all original packaging, manuals, warranty cards, cables, accessories, and components.
- Replacement orders will not be shipped until the returned item is received and inspected.
Defective Items
- If an item is defective, a replacement will be shipped or credit issued after inspection confirms the defect.
Exchanges
- Unopened products may be exchanged within 14 days (if permitted by the manufacturer).
- Opened or used products are subject to a restocking fee of up to 30%.
