Do I need to bring my computer in, or can you come to me?

Both. We offer in-shop repair at our Huntington Beach location on Beach Blvd, and we also do on-site house calls for home and office repairs if you’d rather not unplug and transport your equipment.

 Verified I can't say enough good things about HB Computers. I have a very complex gaming and work PC with a custom closed-loop water-cooled CPU setup. After updating my BIOS, my system would no longer boot into Windows.  Verified HB Computers is excellent to deal with.  A year ago, Jesus had to take                                                                          my laptop back to original settings because I made a mistake and got a bad virus.  They were totally fair on the charges.  Since then, I have called with questions as well as stopped in with concerns about my computer.  Karen, an owner, has also been wonderful to deal with. They worked with me on a fair deal that left me satisfied and taken care of. At HP computers, I was well informed every step of the way, presented with options, and provided excellent service at reasonable prices. It's tough when things go sideways with your technology, then I found this place to be a real blessing.  Verified First time coming to HB Computers and it was a wonderful experience. I was looking around for a reasonable price to fix my PC after I accidentally deleted some drivers. They were super helpful from the start. Did a full diagnostic to figure out the issue, reinstalled Windows, updated everything, and even cleaned my device while I was there -- that was a nice plus I didn't expect. I also asked about missing bolts for my PC case and they actually took the time to look for some at the store for me. Most places wouldn't bother. Pricing was fair: paid a diagnostic fee to find the problem, then $130 to fix everything. Other shops quoted me way higher just to look at it. No upselling, just honest work. Highly recommend if you're in HB. I'll definitely be back for any computer issues.
