Defective Products

Defective items may be repaired or exchanged at HB Computers’ discretion within 10 days of receipt.
Refunds or store credit are not provided.

Warranty Compliance

Warranty is void if any warning or identification stickers are removed or tampered with (e.g., “Warranty void if removed”).

Refurbished Products

Refurbished items are sold without warranties.
No refunds will be issued for refurbished products.

HB Computers Return Policy

Return Authorization (RA) Required

All returns must have a valid RA number.
You may request an RA within 14 days of your invoice date, if the manufacturer permits.
Items must be received at HB Computers within 10 days of receiving the RA number. Late returns may be refused.
Please clearly include the RA number on your shipping label to avoid delays.

Condition of Returns

Items must be in “As-New” condition and include all original packaging, manuals, warranty cards, cables, accessories, and components.
Replacement orders will not be shipped until the returned item is received and inspected.

Defective Items

If an item is defective, a replacement will be shipped or credit issued after inspection confirms the defect.

Exchanges

Unopened products may be exchanged within 14 days (if permitted by the manufacturer).
Opened or used products are subject to a restocking fee of up to 30%.
All exchanged items must include the original packaging and accessories.

Non-Returnable Items

Custom Gaming PCs, software, special orders, and discontinued items cannot be returned or cancelled.
These products are sold “as-is”; please consult the manufacturer for warranty or repair options.
Labor charges (e.g., installation services) are non-refundable.

Refunds

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Cash/check payments over $100 will be refunded by check within 10 business days from HB Computers’ corporate office.
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

Shipping Responsibility

Customers are responsible for shipping and insurance on all return shipments.
Any deviations from this process may result in delays, additional restocking fees (up to 30%), or refusal of the return.
